Print Books (without a digital download component):
Print books are returnable within 30 days for a full refund. Simply return it in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt and write “cancel” on the invoice. If you paid by credit or debit card you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping & handling). Books must be returned in the condition purchased. Digital Downloads:
Digital downloads purchased alone or in conjunction with a print book are nonrefundable.

EBooks:
eBooks are nonrefundable.

Webinar Recordings:
Webinar recordings are nonrefundable.

Online Subscriptions:
Online subscriptions come with a full money-back guarantee. Cancelled subscriptions may be refunded for any remaining unserved issues.
