Rent Guidelines Board Order #57 goes into effect today. The RGBO applies to renewal leases for rent-stabilized apartments, beginning anytime after Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2026. You can take 3% on a one-year lease and a 4.5% increase for two-year leases.
