Rent Guidelines Board Order #57 goes into effect today. You can start collecting 3 percent or 4.5 percent rent increases permitted by RGBO #57 for one- or two-year rent-stabilized leases respectively that start between Oct. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2026.
