HUD’s Final Rule Establishes Eviction Notice Requirements
HUD recently issued a final rule titled “30-Day Notification Requirements Prior to Termination of Lease for Nonpayment of Rent.” This regulation standardizes the eviction notice process for PHAs and certain Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) properties.
