HUD to Fight PBCA Lawsuit Loss

After the 2011 notice of funding availability (NOFA) to solicit bids for performance-based contract administrator (PBCA) contracts was completed, several PBCAs sued HUD, claiming that the NOFA wasn’t an appropriate method for awarding PBCA contracts. HUD: OK to Use Expiring Forms, for Now

Several HUD forms are expiring at the end of March 2014. Although using expired forms can result in a Management and Occupancy Review finding, you won't be penalized for using these forms until the new ones are issued. HUD Awards $1.8 Billion to Improve, Preserve Public Housing
