Principal Associates Will Represent TCN Worldwide

TCN Worldwide has announced that Principal Associates is the newest member to join the international commercial real estate organization and will represent it in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Principal Associates/TCN Worldwide will become a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in office, high-tech, industrial, and retail properties, offering a full range of sales and leasing services.

Both companies hope that the new alliance will give Principal Associates an edge in an increasingly competitive market and allow it to offer clients an expanded array of services on a local, national, and international basis.

Detroit has been an important target market for TCN. Company executives have said that they are looking forward to Principal Associates’ contribution and collaboration as TCN continues to grow as an organization.
