New Industry Group Focuses on Leasing and Asset Management

Winstead PC announced the formation of a new real estate subgroup focused on helping businesses seeking to reduce their costs by downsizing facility space, adjusting rentals, and/or modifying lease structures. The Leasing and Asset Management Industry Group, which is an advocate for both owners and tenants, consists of 15 attorneys and deals with all types of commercial property.

Greg Zimmerman, the chairman of the group, is proud of the attorneys’ depth and experience that gives them the skills to handle office, retail, warehouse, or mixed-use leasing transactions alike, and to count landlords, tenants, brokers, and managers among their clients.
