File NYC real property tax assessment protest—Class 2 & 4 properties.

Today is the last day to apply to the Property Division of the Dept. of Finance (DOF) for a reduction of the 2018–19 assessment for Class 2 & Class 4 properties. DOF must receive the application on or before March 1, 2018. If you file by mail, make sure you mail it far enough in advance to arrive by this date.
