Terms of Service: New York Landlord v. Tenant
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to www.landlordvtenant.com (https://www.landlordvtenant.com) , operated by Vendome Group LLC. Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to Subscribers of this Service.
By purchasing a subscription to this Service, the Subscriber provides Vendome with an individual email address for an Authorized User, and Vendome will email the Authorized User a password to the LandlordvTenant.com online database, monthly PDFs of the Landlord v. Tenant newsletter, and monthly New York Apartment Law Insider eAlerts.
Authorized Users are single individuals ONLY and do not include any other employees of Subscriber.
Subscriber acknowledges that the Service and its Publication contain valuable intellectual property owned by, proprietary to, and copyrighted by Vendome. Subscriber agrees that it will not (electronically or otherwise) permit any copying or dissemination of any portion of the Publication except as permitted by this Agreement. Subscriber agrees that unauthorized copying or dissemination of the Publication will cause great harm to Vendome and will be subject to statutory financial penalties per copyright violation as permitted by copyright law and may be subject to additional penalties under contract law. Subscriber agrees to cooperate fully with Vendome to protect Vendome’s rights in the Publication.
